Registration for the competition that I have organized with the collaboration of Raspberry Shop, ended the last day 27 of December; to democratize a little contest, as I already mentioned you will be you who will have the final say on who wins, who stays second, and who third party; among the three best projects we have chosen the organizers.
As already recall of the contest, the winner will receive a Raspberry PI B +, and publish your project blog to its name, how much have it finished or by parties to different inputs; the second and third classified, they will receive a consolation prize; and if you want you can, You can also publish their projects to its name on the blog.

Project A – Media Server with DLNA and voice control
My project with Raspberry consist of a media server based on some Unix like ArchLinux or Lubuntu system to thus be able to access my documents from anywhere. In addition my TV could become a SmartTV and a DLNA could play content from any tablet, PC, or smartphone connected to my local network. I would also like to research something about control by voice of mode quepodamos handle the TV when we are connected to the Raspberry through voice commands, but I still have to learn.
Project B – Climate control domotic with Android APP
The idea summed up in a simple way is to set up a web server to control the room temperature. The system will be governed by the Pi which, in turn, will be connected with one Arudino Raspberry. The RasPi maintains two processes running. One of them is the web server programmed in Node js offering online service to control the stove, and the other is a driver in Python that receives orders from the server and transmits them to the Arduino which will maintain control of the stove through a relay. The stove can ignite or fade depending on several parameters: - According to the ignition and off times are set. - According to the minimum or maximum temperature set by the user. In addition, I inaccurately an app for Android to facilitate the management of the stove, It will connect to the server of the Raspberry to modify parameters. Project C – With video surveillance intrusion detection system
Barrier laser perimeter with wireless external modules, lighting of exterior bulbs and notice of intrusion via SMS. The main idea is to create some barriers perimeter for a House with a land of 1000 square meters. The proposal is to use laser pointers, creating a vertical barrier (a beam of 5 Laser separated 10cm) to tour the perimeter of the plot. Use photoreceptors to detect if someone cuts the laser barrier. And reroute the barrier with mirrors to traverse the perimeter strategically. For implementation be established composed of a microcontroller systems, a module Bluetooth, and laser transmitters and receivers. Laser barrier will come out of a system and to reach other, in the same way this other system will send a barrier laser that it will receive the first (with the intention of becoming more random and complicate the understanding of the system and the unarmed by intruders). These two systems will be in two different and distant corners. These systems communicate via wireless to the "central" which will be an RPi inside House. Mirrors shall be provided in a strategic way so that all systems are in the perimeter enclosed by barriers laser. Up here the method of intrusion detection, now the part warn intrusion. On the one hand the RPi will activate a siren (very simple), on the other hand will turn on a few foreign sources which are already installed in the House. These bulbs are lit from typical breakers of the light box. It is there where the RPi will be, and with a system of relays activate hot spots in case of night intrusion. Finally the alarm should send an SMS to several mobile family. To do this you must implement a SMS in the RPi module. The project will connect via ethernet network, and you can control via a simple web application. But also will use a small screen in the own RPi to control more direct. The because of a Raspberry pi, It is left open to future expansion project. Ideas for future q I have: simple home automation, cameras for complete security system, security doors and interior intrusion detection, camera to detect tuition of the door of the ground and if you are one of our registration open the door automatically. And thousands of ideas that I can expand, but for the moment the essential and most needed the alarm perimeter.
